The British Electric Bicycle Association was formed by some of the leading electric cycle manufactures and distributors in the UK. Having noted a lack of consistency in the level of service and quality of product provided to consumers and stores BEBA was established to create an industry standard.

The associations aim is to promote the use of electric bicycles, challenge threatening legislation and support the growth of the industry. BEBA’s efforts are focussed on educating consumers about the benefits of electric bicycles, giving them confidence through an ‘industry stamp’ of recognition for stores and manufacturers that meet certain service commitments.

The BEBA is proudly sponsored by two great companies. Discount Lighting, a respected lighting retailer based in Sydney Australia, and another great Australian company - Atlantis Pools.
